A valid credit card is required on file for all RCI and Interval International Exchange guests. You’re welcome to provide this information at check-in, or for added convenience, you may submit it in advance by completing and returning the Guest Billing Information Form.
Please email the completed form to Gayle@ShantyCreekVacationClub.com. To ensure timely processing, we kindly ask that the form be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.
If the form is not submitted in advance, we’ll be happy to collect the information at check-in. Guests planning to use after-hours check-in must return the form ahead of time to be eligible. If the form has not been received and after-hours arrangements have not been approved, check-in will take place the following day during regular Front Desk hours.
