Property Management Made Easy

We offer comprehensive maintenance  services to keep your property in excellent condition and guest-ready at all times.

• Standard Maintenance: $75 per hour
   
• Billed in 15-minute increments — you are never charged for a full hour when a task only takes 15 minutes
   
• Emergency / After-Hours Service:
   
  • $150 for the first hour
     
  • $75 per hour after the first hour

We handle many small repair projects directly, saving owners time and expense. Services include:

• Leaking faucets
   
• Clogged drains
   
• Minor drywall repairs
   
• Other small maintenance issues

If you are unable to be present, 

we can provide access to your property for contractors or service providers.

Rate: $35 per visit 

If you would like us to wait with the service provider, pricing will vary based on time.

For owners who are not nearby, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly house

 checks to ensure your property remains secure and problem-free.

Rate: $40 (includes the first hour)

If trash service is unavailable in your area—or if guests leave excess trash behind—we offer trash pickup and removal services.

• Ideal for vacation turnovers or remote properties
   
• Pricing varies based on location and frequency of pickup

We offer seasonal cleanings to prepare your home for opening or closing, as well as deep cleans that address detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning needs. Each property is unique, and our pricing reflects that—rates are based on the location, size of the property, and the level of cleaning required.
