Convenient guest parking is available just behind the building. From there, enjoy a short walk up the stairs and boardwalk to our office, clearly marked with "Check-In Center" above the door.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your day of arrival and is available until the Front Desk closes. If you plan to arrive outside of regular Front Desk hours, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to make arrangements for you. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all required paperwork must be signed and returned before keys can be issued. Please call our office at 231-533-8123, and we’ll be glad to assist.

The Check-In Center is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Guest arriving on those days will be given specific check-in instructions.
