Checking In With Us
Check-In Location:
Check-In at our Check-In Center at Summit Village at Shanty Creek, located at 5820 Shanty Creek Road, Bellaire MI 49915.
Finding the Check-In Center:
The Check-In Center is located at the four-way intersection, on the corner, directly across from the
Lakeview Hotel.
Please note: the Lakeview Hotel is unable to assist with check-ins.
Keys & Arrival:
Please browse the information below for key and access information for your type of reservation.
Front Desk Hours:
The Check-In Center is open daily until 6:00 PM.
After Hours Check-In: (Only applies to rental guests who book directly with us. Airbnb and VRBO guests may check-in anytime after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival).
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can provide after-hours check-in instructions. These instructions are required for late arrivals.
After-Hours Requirements:
- A signed Credit Card Authorization form must be returned prior to front desk closing on the day of arrival
- The reservation balance must be paid in full.
- If the signed form is not received before closing, after-hours check-in will not be available

VRBO guests should refer to the Welcome Guide in the VRBO app, which is also sent to you by email prior to arrival. The Welcome Guide includes driving directions and the property address, along with check-in and check-out details and door code or key box instructions. Additional information can be found in the Amenities section, including cooking details, heating and cooling instructions, fireplace and TV information (if applicable), Wi-Fi login details, hot tub or pool instructions (if available), and trash disposal guidelines.
